Digital Products
Due to the nature of our digital products (PDF guides and downloadable presets), we cannot accept returns once the file has been downloaded.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase, provided that the consumer has given their express consent.
By completing your purchase, you agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exceptions
We offer full refunds in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened
- The content does not match the product description
- Technical error that prevents the download of the product
