REFUND POLICY — MALLORCA TRAVEL GUIDE SL
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods, or in the case of digital content, from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email at info@mymallorcaguide.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Loss of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content (e.g. PDF guides and downloadable presets) if the performance of the contract has begun after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exceptions
We offer full refunds in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened
- The content does not match the product description
- Technical error that prevents the download of the product
